Intro to Tambour Embroidery

Class Description: Tambour embroidery is a couture sewing technique used to make detailed embroidered pieces of all sizes. It’s used to make costumes for tv, film and Broadway, as well as in couture fashion. This class will teach the chain stitch which is the foundation of Tambour and from there we will build upon that foundation with beads and sequins.

Class Kit: $38, includes all materials to create a unique tambour embroidery project

Skill Level: Confident Beginner

Required Skills: How to thread a needle and tie a knot
