Retreat Information
There are two options for tickets to this retreat:
Option 1 is All-Inclusive: $699 per person
This Includes:
- All class kits with patterns included: one clothing, one bag, and at least one bonus project
- Sewing Machine and Sergers to complete projects
- One hour Welcome Party with food and cash bar
- One lunch provided
- Special pop-up shopping, featuring Salty Sews, SewGnar, and Sew Magical products
- Discounted hotel room in the heart of New Orleans
- A no-host night out with your new makes! We will hit the town all dressed up, take some photos, and eat beignets of course!
***Hotel room is not included in this price
Option 2 is Bring Your Own Machines (BYOM): $549 per person
There are some limited spots where you can bring your sewing machine AND serger.
Everything listed above is included minus the serger and sewing machine.
If you'd like to bring just one serger OR sewing machine, but not both, please reach out to support@sewmagicalexpo.com so we can help you with what options will be available for you.
Payments are as follows:
- Initial Deposit: $159 per person
- Monthly Payments (Nov-Feb) will be due on the 20th of each month
- Payments can be paid in full up front or early
**A late fee of $25 will be applied to each payment that is made more than 7 days after the due date**
Machines Available:
Sewing Machine: Brother Pacesetter PS500 domestic sewing machine
Serger: BabyLock Vibrant
What is included:
- For the sewing machine: machine and basic accessories (standard feet, teflon foot, foot pedal, power cord, etc), One empty bobbin, One universal needle (if it breaks, please ask for a replacement from staff). One spool of black thread will be provided during the event. Please bring your own color if you'd prefer.
- For the Serger: machine and basic accessories. Four spools of black thread will be provided for you. Please bring your own color if you'd prefer.

Due to the unique nature of this event, all reservations will be subject to the following cancellation policy:
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Between the date of booking and Dec. 19, 2024 - $225 per person cancellation fee
- Between the date of Dec. 20, 2023 and Feb. 19, 2024 - $350 per person cancellation fee
- On or after Feb. 20, 2024 - no refunds will be issued
