All physical items purchased from Sew Magical (apparel, fabrics, swag, etc) are non-refundable. If there are flaws or issues with your order, please email support@sewmagicalexpo.com and we will work to find a resolution to your order problem.
All tickets, passes, and class kits are non-refundable. You are able to transfer your ticket to a new individual. In the event you need to transfer your ticket, please send an email to support@sewmagicalexpo.com with your order number, who the ticket is transferring to, and their email. If the event cannot occur on the scheduled dates, then a credit for a future event will be issued.
***Any payment made more than 7 days after the due date will incur a late fee of $25 per payment, Cabin & Pass. Please see the payment schedule for those due dates.***
Due to the unique nature of this event, all reservations will be subject to the following cancellation policy:
For May 2023 SMAS:
– Between the date of booking and Oct. 31, 2022 – $150 per person cancellation fee for Cruise Fees and $100 fee per SMAS Pass purchased
– Between Nov. 1, 2022 and Dec. 31, 2022 – $300 per person cancellation fee for Cruise Fees and $200 fee per SMAS Pass purchased
– Between Jan. 1 and Feb. 28, 2023 – 75% of total stateroom cost cancellation fee and $300 fee per SMAS Pass purchased
– On or after Mar. 1, 2023 – no refunds will be issued
For December 2023 SMAS:
– All deposits are non-refundable
– Between the date of booking and May. 31, 2023 – $150 per person cancellation fee for Cruise Fees and $100 fee per SMAS Pass purchased
– Between Jun. 1, 2023 and Jul. 31, 2023 – $300 per person cancellation fee for Cruise Fees and $200 fee per SMAS Pass purchased
– Between Aug. 1 and Sept. 30, 2023 – 75% of total stateroom cost cancellation fee and $300 fee per SMAS Pass purchased
– On or after Oct. 1, 2023 – no refunds will be issued.
