Our Tennessee show will be in Nashville, TN at the Gaylord Opryland, on August 30- September 1, 2023.
No, you’ll just need your name and ticket type so that the team can look you up and provide you with your admission items. ***Have a digital proof of purchase on your mobile device just in case there are any issues or you have a name change. All guests, excluding No-Class Pass ticket holders, will receive a lanyard and badge upon check-in. No-Class Pass ticket holders will receive a wristband.
Exact locations of the Check-In Desk, and other rooms for SME will become available in early June ’23.
Head to the Convention Center parking area for the closest and most convenient parking location. A video showing the location of this parking area and how to walk to the SME rooms will be released approximately two weeks prior to the event. For guests staying at the Gaylord Texan follow the signs for “Overnight Guest Self-Parking”.
There is a cost to park, but you get a 50% discount on self-parking! The self-parking rates fluctuate, so please head to this link for the latest rates. You can obtain your parking discount card from the SME Check-In Desk. If you are staying at Gaylord, your parking cost will be included in your room bill and your discount should be automatically applied. **Please note, the discounted rate does not apply to valet parking.**
Early check-in is available at the No Host Social (Location TBD) on Thursday night from 6-8 pm CST. Daily check-in Friday-Sunday runs from 7:30 am CST until 4 pm CST.

Yes! Gaylord property allows our guests to have wagons and rolling bags. You can store these items in The Closet which will be located near our classrooms.
The exact locations and the Walking Tour Video of Gaylord Opryland will be available in early June ’23. Once available and ready in June ’23, a Vendor Hall Maps will be located at the bottom of our Vendors page. Maps of parking, Gaylord Opryland, rooms, etc will be released approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Pets are not permitted at any Gaylord property. Only service animals are permitted. Please check with the resort for Emotional Support Animals as this can vary.
