Intro to Leatherworking

Class Description: Dive into the world of leatherworking with this beginner-focused course! Veg-tanned leather is a sturdy, long-lasting material that’s perfect for creating armor and heavy duty accessories. This class will cover all of the basics you’ll need to get started and create your own handmade bracelet, including burnishing, stamping, and dyeing.

Class Kit: $35, includes all materials required

Other Supplies Needed: non-fabric scissors, marking pens, nitrile gloves, exacto knife or box cutter. It is suggest to wear an apron or clothes you’re not worried about since we will be working with dye that can stain.
