No, you'll just need your name and ticket type so that the team can look you up and provide you with your admission items. ***Have a digital proof of purchase on your mobile device just in case there are any issues or you have a name change. All guests, excluding No-Class Pass ticket holders, will receive a lanyard and badge upon check-in. No-Class Pass ticket holders will receive a wristband.

The main check-in desk will be downstairs near the classrooms.

For guests visiting for the day, head to the parking area closest to the Vineyard Tower of Gaylord Texan for the closest and most convenient parking location. A video showing the location of this parking area and how to walk to the SME rooms will be released approximately two weeks prior to the event. For guests staying at the Gaylord Texan follow the signs for "Overnight Guest Self-Parking".

There is a cost to park, but you get a 50% discount on self-parking! The self-parking rates fluctuate, so please head to this link for the latest rates. You can obtain your parking discount card from the SME Check-In Desk. If you are staying at Gaylord, your parking cost will be included in your room bill and your discount should be automatically applied. **Please note, the discounted rate does not apply to valet parking.**

Early check-in is available at the No Host Social on Thursday night from 6:30-8 pm CST at the Texan Station Sports Bar. Daily check-in Friday-Sunday runs from 7:30 am CST until 4 pm CST.

Yes! Gaylord property allows our guests to have wagons and rolling bags. You can store these items in The Closet which will be located near our classrooms.
