Taco Bar Quilt

This is not your typical quilt class! My goal is to show you that QUILTING IS FUN, and EVERYONE CAN QUILT! In 3 hours, we will be making an entire quilt top using custom “Taco Bar” fabrics from My Little Shindig. We’ll have tips and tricks…… and we’ll have special guests : Katie from My Little Shindig, Jayde from Heartwood + Hide and Gena from Thunderbird Handcrafted will be popping in to join in the fun with their “taco coordinates”, embellishments and ideas. The finished quilt top measures 48” × 63″.

Class Kit: Precut custom taco fabric kit sponsored by “My Little Shindig” (there will be an option to sub black beans for the beef)

Skill Level: Confident Beginner

Required Skills: Good understanding of the sewing machine you will be using and able to cut safely with a rotary cutter

Other Supplies Needed: Basic Sewing Machine, Basic Sewing Kit, Basic Cutting Kit, rotary cutter, Recommend: ¼ inch sewing foot that fits the machine you will be using (avail on Amazon)….we can work around you not having this foot if necessary

Age Restriction: This class is not really appropriate for children under 10 unless they have plenty of experience sewing already.
