Introduction to Indigo Shibori Fabric Dye

In this introductory Indigo Shibori Dye class, you will learn the beauty of using natural dyes to transform your sewing projects. We will explore the traditional Japanese Shibori technique and learn 2 unique designs using your kit’s acrylic template and cotton fabric. You will leave the class with a completed project and instructions to repeat the process at home.

Class Kit: 2 100% Cotton Flour Sack Tea Towels, 1 3″ Acrylic Shibori Template Set, Additional Shibori Design Tools (rubber bands, clothes pins, etc), Rubber Gloves, Complete Instructions to complete entire process at home, including instructional videos. Indigo Dye will be used during class.

Age Restriction: I’d prefer no one under 13, and anyone under 18 to have an adult with them. Under 18 does need to purchase a class kit.
